Couples Sessions
Whether it’s your first baby or you’re growing your family, pregnancy and the early postnatal period can be a time when challenges rise to the surface within a relationship.
I work with couples to explore and address their feelings and needs and to facilitate dialogue and communication.
These sessions are a space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and supported. They offer the opportunity for couples to gain an increased awareness and understanding of themselves and the dynamics within the relationship.
Sessions are offered in bundles of 3 or 5 sessions (60 minute) or as individual sessions
*The sessions can be either in-person or online
